Microsoft Office is the best tool for your office!

Microsoft Office is the best tool for any business. Microsoft Excel only works like a Swiss army knife. It has so many options and functions that can make a simple spreadsheet work wonderfully. It seems that I can not find any scenario where it is less appropriate. Working as a developer with Excel is simply excellent and having the ability to easily automate tedious repetitive work is the best.

Pros

The programs are really compatible. For example, creating different documents with Word through the use of Excel databases is really easy and almost does not consume time.

Cons

Powerpoint presentations can be a bit stiff and transitions could be smoother.

Can't live without microsoft office

I worked with Microsoft office since my childhood i started working with Microsoft office with ms office 97 when i was schooling, until now i use Microsoft office for my day to day work and my office work. my most used application in office is Microsoft word for my day to day office paper works. and also i used Microsoft excel for making financial statements and more.

Pros

It’s hard to even narrow this down, there are so many great features in Microsoft Office. I mostly use Outlook, which has a good calendar feature and is easy to use for organizing emails. I also use Excel, though not very in depth, but I like the search and find tool that allows you to search a large document for certain words. I recently used PowerPoint to make a simple presentation for my boss and the graph tool was perfect, it was easy to use and had multiple style options. I think that’s the best part about Microsoft Office. It is easy to use but also thourough with what it offers.

Cons

I wish I knew more about all of the features available, but that is nothing against the program, I just don’t have the space and time to learn. If anything it speaks to how much is available, I haven’t found any limits in what I want or need to do.

Review of Microsoft Office

The benefits that I have had in my work have been very many, since as a secretary in the ministry of education, I do all the documents related to the ministry and I could not do my work without this application, I use almost all the programs that the office has in my office and with them I have managed to do my work with effeciencia and eficasia, allowing me to save time and go out with good in each assignment that my superiors do.

Pros

Cons

in the game of the internet, there should be more included functions for analytics (outside of marketing campaigns), and read/open/click tracking
